Volunteers And Partners

Harvesters International Theological Seminary is one of the fastest growing seminaries in the nation. The institution has been able to do this ONLY because of volunteers spread nationwide. We invite you to join Harvesters International Theological Seminary Volunteer Work Force to help take this ministry to an ever larger number of people. We can use the following type of volunteers:

Ambassadors
Christian leaders who undertake to promote Global Online Seminary/Harvesters International Theological Seminary by informing people everywhere about the theological education and training that is available through the Seminaries.

International Liaison Officers
People who can approach churches, Christian ministries, and seminaries and tell them about the Global Seminary courses and ask them for endorsement

Faculty Members
People with at least a master degree in theology or secular subjects that have a bearing on seminary education

Branches
We will establish branches in Nigeria and wherever God opens the door.

HITS Church Partnership

At Harvesters International our desire is to promote the local church and preserve a good relationship between each Harvesters student and his original church family. We understand that our students are in a new environment and many of them are away from home for the first time. As they are been stretched and challenged to change, it is comforting to know that they have the support of their home church, while they are away at their home church. It is with this in mind that we invite you to participate in our "Adopt a Student" program. Early in the school year, you will receive a picture of your student(s), along with a short paragraph outlining their dreams for their future. We ask that you should:

  1. Put the picture/postcard on a prominent bulletin board in your church.
  2. Pray regularly for the students, and encourage your church to do the same
  3. Send a small care package, once in a while, just to bless them.
  4. Send a letter of encouragement or card on their birthday.
  5. Consider assisting the student finally, or helping them when the need arises.

We have found out that when the local church takes the initiative to maintain contact with their, student during their time at college, the more likely that student is return to their home church upon graduation. If little or no contact is made, the students are far more likely to look for opportunities in a large centre. We invite you to contact Harvester Seminary at anytime, to enquire about a student's progress.
