Victor Obanor Osagbouwa
Engr. (Prince) Obanor Victor Osagbouwa is the chairman external board of Harvesters International Theological Seminary. Osagbouwa is a Philanthropist, Trainer, Researcher, Reformist, Obanor is also the Chief Inspector of Engineering Regulation and Monitoring (ERM-COREN), Benin Zone and a graduate at the prestigious Bethel University College of Biblical Studies & Graduate Schools; where he graduated with a doctoral degree in Divinity. Also Obanor is a Phd holder in Transformational Leaders from Harvesters International Theological Seminary. He is a Bachelor degree holder in Electrical Electronics Engineering from Ambrose Ali University, and Master degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering from University of Benin. Furthermore, Osagbouwa is the Founder, Vision Bearer and Chief Kingdom Ambassador (CKA) of Prayer Praise and Worship Global Ministry Inc., and the President of Obanorossy Foundation for Peace and Unity International. He has managed over 1000 infrastructural projects/programmes and has trained/mentored thousands of Engineers and extended Professionals worldwide.
