Harvesters International Theological Seminary is pleased to be able to offer the research degrees of PGD, M. A. TH with high academic and spiritual proficiency.
PGD
The Postgraduate Diploma in Theology is offered as an alternative qualification for those wishing to pursue graduate study in theology but whose first degree is not in theology or any related studies. The Postgraduate Diploma in Theology offers an intensive period of study in Christian theology, with the option to explore other world religions.
Entry requirements
The course is available to those who have a first degree in a discipline not related to theology.
Length of study
The duration for a post graduate diploma is one year period but can be extended to two years under certain conditions.
M.A. Th
The course is intended to assist those involved in Christian ministry in the development of their professional understanding and practice. Through participating in the course, those who minister will be able to upgrade their initial training by combining a higher level of theological awareness with reflection on ministerial practice and, in the process, gain a post-graduate qualification.
Dmin
Those who participate in the course will be enabled to keep up to date with recent developments in church and society, and to attain greater understanding about the application of theological ideas to their own ministerial practice.
Entry requirements
The course is available to those who have a degree in theology and the equivalent of at least two years experience of Christian ministry (irrespective of denominational allegiances).
Length of Study
M.A. Th., full time, should take no less than one calendar year, but normally two years. You must submit your thesis within three years.
